Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 + Artic Cooler Freezer pro
DFI Blood Iron P35
Corsair 4Gb 800Mhz DDR2
WD 320GB 16Mb 7200rpm Sata Hdd
Sapphire Ati Radeon HD3870XT 512Mb PciE
Cooler Master Cm690
Gigabyte PSU 720Watts
just wanna know, does the 720W psu is okay..? or too much..?
For your current specs i say 450W is enough. But for the future better pick 550W for example add few hd,etc...

yes, Superb 720W
actually, i dunt understand why certain people said that 700++ or 800++ is like a waste..should get 550W or at least 600W is enough..can anyone of u can make me clear for this 'problem'..if the problem is the electric bill, it is not a big problem..hee~
its a bit of waste because you're not fully utilize the PSU for your current specs. In the future there will be better PSU (ie better standards, more efficient, etc). If u have future plans going on(at the moment you build your new PC) let say u want crossfire/SLI, add few HDD, etc or simply u want to use it for next PC then its worth buying it.
