I suggest go for 600watts and above nowadays cause with this at least 2 more years you don't have to upgrade sell and buy again if you planned to change your pc. Get realpower 620/650 coolermaster ler. RM400++ a bit only.

I am planning to buy the following rig:
Intel Core2 Duo E8400 (3.0GHz / 6M / 1333)
Gigabyte P35-ds3L
SAPRHIRE HD4850 512DDR3 GRAPHIC CARD
500GB SEAGATE SATAII 32MB 7200RPM
COOLER MASTER CM690
KINGSTON 2GB x2 DDR800
Pioneer DVD SATA
So want to ask, if i put SILVER STONE ST56F(560w), is it too much for this rig? Recommend me one if it is too much. Budget is around RM250.

Thanks for your info but very hard to find a silver stone near my place so trying other brand.
