I suggest go for 600watts and above nowadays cause with this at least 2 more years you don't have to upgrade sell and buy again if you planned to change your pc. Get realpower 620/650 coolermaster ler. RM400++ a bit only.

I am planning to buy the following rig:
Intel Core2 Duo E8400 (3.0GHz / 6M / 1333) Gigabyte P35-ds3L SAPRHIRE HD4850 512DDR3 GRAPHIC CARD 500GB SEAGATE SATAII 32MB 7200RPM COOLER MASTER CM690 KINGSTON 2GB x2 DDR800 Pioneer DVD SATA So want to ask, if i put SILVER STONE ST56F(560w), is it too much for this rig?
