Oh yeah, the road is intentionally made "curvey" (not straight) as was told by the SA, as design and also to slow down the vehicle.

Was told also that the area for the balconies are not counted for the built up for the Parkhomes.
*
Oic, the house at the "corner" of the curvature need bear the risk of car "not slowing down" then... tongue.gif tongue.gif

Balconies not included for the built up? How about car porch and verendah... hmm.gif

Greetings from Eco Majestic!

What are you doing this Sunday?

We would like to invite you, your family and friends to visit our brand-new Mellowood parkhomes show units at The Straits Gallery in Eco Majestic.

This would be a lovely opportunity to taste the pleasures offered by our exceptional parkhome concept. To make the experience even more memorable, we will be serving a light meal on the verandah so that you can enjoy the view as you eat.

We hope to see you on Sunday. In the mean time, pls enjoy Mellowood Parkhomes virtual tour @ Eco Majestic. https://youtu.be/lJ6djBD9sVk

Btw, this is not meant for a food fiesta session - so pls manage your expectations tongue.gif

Finally managed to view the CD, consists of detailed floor plans and building materials
U only get to view the house model u bought for, ie mine is 8c

Clay bricks everywhere, toilets walls fully tiled up, timber floors not laminated ones, tile floors on verandah n car porch...

1 thing surprised me though...seems that there is a study area before entering master bedroom, and the room itself is elevated with 2 steps up !!

The other thing is seems that the toilets are well placed in terms of fengshui that u aren't entering your home with he washroom directly above u! Well thought EW design !!

Isn't 8C built up 2483sf hmm.gif
Btw, I understand that for 8C the ceiling height at living hall is 12ft.

Haha... the earlier batch of buyers (including me) took the greatest risk - we just signed on the dotted line without any show house ready. sweat.gif
