honestly...my current bpp house is having sandbricks for internal walls, only the partitioning walls (house to house) is having clay bricks. the quality really sucks big time

sand bricks....lousy sound proofing...throughout time walls will bengkak, paint peeling

craddleton backyard 15 ft...quite ok, any idea if the 15 ft has garden feature too ? will like to jalan jalan hehe

current bpp back lane is pathetic...5-10ft max, front facing only has around 15 -20 ft max

been to bp bangi....looks ok but pricing nearing EM; hence we bought EM instead !!

well bought back then for the sake of bpp amidst all the booming of puchong; after a while realized its getting boring

for a change EM offers tranquility and promotes better living - getting old need some change of heart I guess

anyways happy enough for current bpp appreciation - guess will have to rent it out soon instead of selling .......

just hope next 5 - 10 yrs can have an established mall like pyramid or even 1U....hopefully EW plans out well on silver square and even with SP on their Ecohill 2 commercial projs

to have EW HQ in EM ...that would be really a fundamental booster !!
hopefully the mall planning is going to be huge and with diversity

with tolls, apparently its becoming a necessary evil

The artist layout of silver square is beyond impressive...a culmination of both SG marina bay sands mall layout coupled with 8-10 individual blocks surrounding a park /lake ...similar to the current sunway quay.....amazing

Can't wait to visit the actual sports complex too !!!
