Commercial activity in BP Bangi still need to be boosted further.. Good is to have an upcoming Tesco.. But SiMonyet already have a Tesco 5 years ago... Way ahead from my perception..

I have high anticipation on the synergistic outcome by these 2 property giants on the commercial development in Semenyih..

I really hope EM will launch the Silversquare by announcing EW HQ to be based there, then it will be a perfect start..

Hehehe... SP Setia build their HQ in Setia Alam, not KL though...

In addition, till today, EW don't have landbank in KL city center (if not mistaken), beside the BBCC.. However, BBCC is a joint venture between EPF and UDA, if build HQ there, as I said, lose its township developer identity.. sweat.gif sweat.gif
