Hmm... if I'm not mistaken there were about 60 biji left in Merrydale early last month, any better now?  If for Mellowood you are interested only on the conventional type, then you should seriously considered Merrydale too.  Btw, why not Parkhomes (7C or 7D)?

Oh yeah, the kitchen space is much smaller than most available in the market but being compensated with spacious living hall. SEH Floris has larger footprint and built up and higher price vis-a-vis Merrydale 8C though on price psf both are quite near. No need to be paiseh after all this is not buying vege in the market.

A bit tough to compare.

If the kitchen is an issue for ur family, I believe go for Merrydale would be the choice. It is conventional? I rather treat it hybrid bcz it is fully extended till the end and with 20" garden landscape at the back. Floris would be conventional in my opinion.

No matter what your choice is, I believe either Floris or Merrydale / Mellowood is a good choice amd if you choose the latter, welcome you in advance rclxms.gif

I believe all the taikor here already furnish lots of info about Merrydale and Mellowood. Just in case you need more info about the Floris, do drop by SEH thread as well.

More info, better comparison, most probably better decision as well. Good luck on your property hunting.

Greetings from Eco Majestic!

What are you doing this Sunday?

We would like to invite you, your family and friends to visit our brand-new Mellowood parkhomes show units at The Straits Gallery in Eco Majestic.

This would be a lovely opportunity to taste the pleasures offered by our exceptional parkhome concept. To make the experience even more memorable, we will be serving a light meal on the verandah so that you can enjoy the view as you eat.

We hope to see you on Sunday. In the mean time, pls enjoy  Mellowood Parkhomes virtual tour @ Eco Majestic. https://youtu.be/lJ6djBD9sVk

Btw, this is not meant for a food fiesta session - so pls manage your expectations tongue.gif

Jz came back....SA are pretty helpful...parkhome 7c n 7d are nice , but layout wise prefer 7c...22x80 the master bedroom has a huge wardrobe and less a living hall on ground floor

For merrydale buyers shd take a look at 7a n 7b...SA giving close comparisons on 7a/7b which are similar to merrydale....plus minus a bit on room sizes

Coffee is quite nice smile.gif

Haha. Can imagine the feel of having a good cup of coffee sitting at the verandah enjoying the nice greenery view in the future.

Good that the SA did give comments / comparisons btw Merrydale vs Mellowood conventional types for better / informed decisions.

Perhaps should do it during evening between 5-7pm laugh.gif
Weather is too hot during noon time, potential buyer cant really enjoy to the max.
But too bad raining season now, almost raining daily during evening hour.
