Merrydale has 2 lakes....park homes. ..0

No doubt Mellowood has no lake view but its selling point is the dual frontage, 20ft private garden followed by 30ft to 40ft-wide linear garden, fully covered car porch - all these are not found in Merrydale (Merrydale has linear garden, 20ft only though). So both have their own unique features.

So, these are the two office towers in silversquare near to the interchange.

Oh yeah, the road is intentionally made "curvey" (not straight) as was told by the SA, as design and also to slow down the vehicle.

Was told also that the area for the balconies are not counted for the built up for the Parkhomes.
