Oh yes, it's separated by precint - you can refer to the 1st post of this thread to see the masterplan. Mellowood is the newest launched precint. Earlier launched / sold ones are Gentlebre (bungalow land), Cradleton (DSL), Tenderfields (SD and SD cluster) and Merrydale (DSL). There is no club house but a sport complex located in Silver Square ie the landmark commercial area of EM. EM is in fact the largeat stratified development in Malaysia (if no other project overtakes it in the past 2 years).
