with tolls, apparently its becoming a necessary evil

dats why I view the environment, home living being my priority. Environment needs to create enough CHI and rejuvenate constantly...

Just out of curiosity, when developer asks the purchaser to sign SPA & pay the balance of the downpayment does this mean that the SPA is final?

Is there such thing as sign, pay downpayment today... 2 months later an original SPA will be produced ?

When you sign the SPA, you shall pay the balance of the 1st 10% (less the booking fee you pay earlier and other discounts, if any). After that, the SPA will be signed by the developer's representative (power of attorney holder) and the lawyer will get the SPA stamped, of which a duplicate copy will ne delivered to you which explained why the SPA only be "produced" after 2 months in your scenario.

Yes, final SPA and they wil get it to stamp...any changes on SPA they will get u to sign on subsititue/undertaking letter

For a listed companies with the vision to become top developer in Malaysia / International.... I think they might build the HQ at KL City Center areas for the better visibility....

Then, they might as well scrap silver square corporates tower coz all companies also got vision to become top, hence all the companies will built their HQ office in KL.
Their silver square no selling point anymore to convince ppl.

Haha... Both decisions to setup the HQ at KL or Eco Majestic have the pros and cons.... Depend on the long term strategy of Tan Sri Liew...

Hehehe... SP Setia build their HQ in Setia Alam, not KL though...

In addition, till today, EW don't have landbank in KL city center (if not mistaken), beside the BBCC.. However, BBCC is a joint venture between EPF and UDA, if build HQ there, as I said, lose its township developer identity..

I think people are not worry about the structure but for feng shui believer is bad, depending on which side is the slope
