honestly...my current bpp house is having sandbricks for internal walls, only the partitioning walls (house to house) is having clay bricks. the quality really sucks big time

Tropicana Aman after discount 820k, leasehold, 150m to HT, use sand bricks. <- seriously cannot accept this with the price tag. TA SA got SMS me and follow up with me, I replied him the same I wrote here and just tell him I am not interested as is expensive.

Use sand bricks is not cheapo developer, is actually smart as they use lower cost material to gain maximum profits.

590k freehold no HT, 20x70 terrace use red clay bricks even 1.5 yrs ago still cheap and worth the money paying.
