its better flatten the land first b4 start building
so all the house hv same height

For the soon-to-launch Mellowood Parkhomes, it gives a terrace feel whereby the living hall of one row will be higher than the opposing row.

50 ft between houses facing vis a vis, using clay bricks.....shiok !!!
best part is...the back lane has another 20 ft of garden for merrydale ??

but from the pics for craddleton, seems less than 20 ft on backyard ?

thanks bro....15 ft not bad also !! smile.gif

cant wait to experience "sibeh ulu " lifestyle in EM....the façade of merrydale n colonial architecture coupled with the huge acres of palace styled garden....along with polis bantuan and top notch strata security.....woo hoo

honestly...my current bpp house is having sandbricks for internal walls, only the partitioning walls (house to house) is having clay bricks. the quality really sucks big time

Great to see EW use red clay brick for their ds house. Even Tropicana Height Kajang and Mkh are using sand bricks for most of their properties. Mkh bungalow at pelangi height use sand brick (cheapo developer) even though it costs a mill their property.
*
Tropicana Aman after discount 820k, leasehold, 150m to HT, use sand bricks. <- seriously cannot accept this with the price tag. TA SA got SMS me and follow up with me, I replied him the same I wrote here and just tell him I am not interested as is expensive.

Use sand bricks is not cheapo developer, is actually smart as they use lower cost material to gain maximum profits.

current bpp back lane is pathetic...5-10ft max, front facing only has around 15 -20 ft max
