well bought back then for the sake of bpp amidst all the booming of puchong; after a while realized its getting boring
for a change EM offers tranquility and promotes better living - getting old need some change of heart I guess anyways happy enough for current bpp appreciation - guess will have to rent it out soon instead of selling ....... |

just hope next 5 - 10 yrs can have an established mall like pyramid or even 1U....hopefully EW plans out well on silver square and even with SP on their Ecohill 2 commercial projs

hopefully the mall planning is going to be huge and with diversity IOI city mall.....boring le....prefer 1U, pyramid or even MV KLCC too high end |
