I was told by the SA that the area on the left of the Cradleton is of lower land and the right side is higher. That is why the sewerage is located at the left and also most of the ponds will be on the lower ground so to elevate any flood waters so that water flow from higher ground to the lower ground which the lake will take in the flood water.

By the rate of the construction work, I can see Cradleton will be VP around June 2016. Reasons for the quick construction is to show to people the quality of the construction and also a marketing by the developer to show the "wow" factor for future expensive product launches. Also, once almost all of the houses are sold, then Ecoworld will start selling the Silver Square as no one will buy commercial units if they cannot see the huge population to sustained the commercial biz in Ecoworld Semenyih.

Also the land around Ecoworld Semenyih is owned by UEM and the land is huge. Once UEM starts construction, hopefully UEM township will open up a link to the North South Highway(NSH) as the NSH is just nearby UEM landbank at Semenyih which is almost next to Ecoworld Semenyih.

The SA told me during the Cradleton launching as I asked the layout of the land in Cradleton map. That's why all the high price launches is on the right side of the Ecoworld Semenyih layout plans. But in the actual models of the houses in the showroom, the leverage of the land was shown flat at the model house at Ecoworld sales showroom.

Well its still better than other developers where the gradient can be 10 to 30 degrees.....

ohh, higher price already quoted for higher land houses during initial launch, then make sense and i think buyers should be known already before purchase ? however previous comment shows some of them has no idea.

Serene Heights owned by UEM Sunrise 463 acres. North South HW still a long shot if there need to build an interchange at Semenyih but you will never know what will happen in the future. The map is as shown here.

UEM Serene Height is fairly far from North South..

The most feasible way is through Bangi Farm from EM, connected to Bangi Avenue and then straightfully to Bandar Seri Mahkota Toll.

EM to Bangi Avenue just 2 - 3km apart..

If this missing link can be realized, shall bring big benefits to both Bangi and Semenyih township..

Don't forget, SP Setia, UEM Sunrise and Island & Penissular (Alam Sari- 432 acres) next to Serene Heights (UEM Sunrise) are all owned by the Government bodies.

We can think of this, anyone from these developers think of it? Anyone propose to them to realize this link?

This link is crucial as it actually make the ppl from here easier to KLIA

Since I can't get the code to enter to the conference (too kicikmiao cry.gif), perhaps any taikor can ask if EW own some plots of lands across the Lekas, especially around the EM interchange area...
