Guide to track ur current sms and call usage - Strictly for Digi iPhone plan customer ONLY. [Credited to sheahann]

For Digi plan user that wanna track their current SMS and Call usage .
Im using the i88 plan with 200minutes free calls and 200SMS ..
For those who wanna keep track of their usage without having to jailbreak then can have a look here.
As far as i know. Apps store doesnt have those apps to track ur calls and sms(at least for free) while cydia MobileLog(causes FaceTime crash) and CallCounter(not free).
So here's how to do it.

1. Login to Digi OCS .
2. Click Unbilled transaction and the Unbilled Transaction.
user posted image

3. To track SMS usage.

Choose call type as MO SMS.

My billing ends on 15th November and start a new 1 on 16th november. So i choose 16th november as From , and To to the latest day( if today is dec 7 then choose 7th loh, but in this guide i will just take 18th november as an example).

Now just click Submit and u can see the total SMS u currently used.
user posted image

OK done with SMS .. its quite straigh forward ..

Now come to the calls usage part . Digi did provide the list but image if u got around 200calls .. are you going to add up 1 by 1 ?

4. To track Calls Usage.

Calls type choose Originating

My billing ends on 15th November and start a new 1 on 16th november. In this guide i choose date From 15th november to 7 December .

In the printscreen i got 77calls .. imagine if u got 200calls and how u gonna sum it up to track ur usage ?
user posted image

Solution:
1.Click the Download To CSV.
2. Open it up in Excel.
3. Click the "A" column 1 time(to select whole column) .
4.Choose Data > Text to column.
5. In the box choose Delimited then next > Tick Other and put in "|" and then click Finish. Now the data is correctly aligned into column.
6. Click the "D" column(Duration/Volume) then click Home>Format > Format Cells.
7. In the box choose Custom > then replace the word General with hh:mm:ss and then click OK.
8. Now simply click 1 empty cell and type in =SUM(D:D)
9. U can now see the total usage in that box ..

user posted image

As according to above image, has used up to 1hour 33mins & 28secs ( equivalent to 99min 28second ). If you are on iDigi88, with 200mins free call; you have left 100mins & 32secs on free call.

How fast you get to mnp will depend on how soon your current telco "releases" your number from their system. On the positive side, you get to use your current sim card until it gets deregistered from your current network.

Most courier companies only work half day on Saturday. You should check with Digi cs if they have dispatched your phone. If they say they have dispatched the unit, the should be able to provide you with a tracking number.

Digi is always like that and will just ignore the charges if you choose to keep quiet about. Follow up on your case with them and you could get your money refunded. By the way, why not wait for the 12 days to be over then only renew your contract?

Dear Mohammad Fadzly,

Mobile/Account number: 0129XXXXX

Thank you for your email dated 19/10/2015 in regard to the penalty fee issue.

As checked, your previous plan was iPhone 6 PLUS 64GB with iDiGi50 (12 month contract until 07/11/2015). Then, you have subscribed iPhone 6S PLUS 64GB with Digi Smart Plan 50 on 17/10/2015. As per our terms and conditions, any early termination or breach of contract will lead you to the penalty fee. Therefore, the penalty fee of RM200.00 is genuine for the charging perspective. You may refer below link for your reference:

http://new.digi.com.my/cs/Satellite/Page/t...rly_termination

'The Customer who selects a bundled package with a modem/smartphone may opt to pay a monthly installment fee for a fixed duration for the modem/smartphone. In the event that, within the installment period, (i) the Customer prematurely terminates the subscription to the service; or (ii)the Customer's subscription is terminated by Digi due to the Customer's payment defaults or contractual breach, the Customer shall pay a termination fee amount equal to the sum of the modem/smartphone installment monthly fees for the unexpired modem/smartphone installment tenure which shall become immediately due and payable'.

Should you have any other enquiries, please email us at custsvc@digi.com.my or call to our Helpline at 0162211800.

from Celcom, took more within 48 hours. I almost about to go to cancel the MNP, to terminate Celcom number and get new Digi number, few minutes later, got SMS saying the MNP was successful. It's postpaid to postpaid, if prepaid for postpaid would be much easier.

There must be related to sum large number of people MNPing out from Celcom.
During my time, some people before me MNP process at 11am, got released at 2pm next day.
Mine, MNP at 4pm, got released 10am next 2 days. Make sure to pay clear your current bill and don't use or make any call using the number. For safety. Else, if Celcom issue next bill, you might need to settle that first.

At least Digi and Celcom still can MNP at the moment, just a matter of 2 - 3 days.
MNP between Digi and Maxis is matter of WEEKS or MONTHS!!!

Hi guys,

It seems like market is short of iPhone 6s+ 128GB models. Any idea how I can hold of 1 by 31-Oct so that I don't miss extra 2GB internet quota promotion?

Should I just walk in to Digi center and ask to sign up first and collect the phone later?

looking at iphone 6s 64gb with digi smart plan more voice & sms @ RM98 + free 2gb promo

means

2GB+2GB
unlimited calls
unlimited sms

is it the optimum package that i can get ?

is garden digi got ready stock ?

i have work out the calculation for this plan

iphone 6s 64gb = RM3699

smarplan RM98 x 24 = 2352
device price = 2088
total damage = 4440
minus iphone 6s ori price = 4440-3699 = 741 / 24 months = RM30.90

RM30.90 per month for 2GB+2GB & Unlimited calls sounds great aint ? sweat.gif

Based on your assumption on RRP price and plan, that's great enough. It's like you're paying subsidized via monthly for 24 months. If you're not changing phone every year, 2 years contract sounds good. I was before stuck with Note 2 plan for 2 years, paying RM85/months for the same package I can get from iPlan, early termination will be penaltilized. 2 years of suffering. After finish contract, re-submit to i50 ip6 for 1 year, left 5 days more. Might considering Celcom RM85/month or Digi Rm50/month.

In addition to signing in+out of Apple ID, you need to set the "My Number" in your Contacts. You'll need to do it again even if you've set it before.

Hi, my 2-year contract with Digi will expire tomorrow.

If I want to switch to Celcom, what must I do? Do I need to go to Digi and inform them to switch to a normal plan first then only go to Celcom to apply? Once I switch to the normal plan, I will get back my deposit right?

You need to pay any outstanding bill then you can proceed to Celcom for MNP. and make sure don't make any call nor sms which might appear in your next bill. You need to wait up to few days till MNP succeed. Then after that you can purchased your desired phone.

anyone staying around BM, Penang area experiencing poor signal for 3G/4G?

I had signed up for a 2-year contract and I had the worst experience since I got my 6+ plan in December 2014.

I have been a Digi customer since I was a Uni student and along the time I never had such bad experience.

In December 2014, I managed to sign up iPhone 6 plus i108 and I never knew that my nightmare just start.

My internet speed would suddenly slow down from 7pm to 7am, it cannot even connect to Whatsapp, sometimes.

I approached Digi for many times and they feedback to me that my phone having problem and cause the internet speed slowing down mad.gif

At the end, I approached Digi center nearby Sunway Carnival (the store was under renovation) and found that the signal tower at BM area was taken down due to MPSP regulation issue. Take note: there will be no action taken to solve customer problem and I still get yelled by the customer service crew.

After sometimes, Digi technician called and offered me the compensation, I rejected the unreasonable compensation and asked for data performance recovery instead.

Then, the speed of internet become normal after awhile, I thought it was the end of the story...

In mid of Oct 2015, the same issue appear, AGAIN!! I unable to surf during night time and it is extremely frustrated. I would also get NO SERVICE in shopping complex and crowded location.

However, my partner who is using M has no such issue at all since my first complain till now.

In conclusion, I shall change telco once my contract end! Never ever consider DiGi anymore!

anyone staying around BM, Penang area experiencing poor signal for 3G/4G?

Nothing new, Digi's coverage for cell/data has always been poorer compared to Maxis..

So I signed the package 98V
Able to get 2GB +2GB
I took 6s 64GB
Device price 2512
Upfront 672
Total +6% GST
Divide installment 12months
Monthly pay credit card RM281

Then Digi will be 98-28=70+6% GST monthly

any contract within 2 months left entitle to waive penalty. You just need to go to Digi Centre to do so. Online process will be hassle, which will reflect penalty into your bill.

which part? I'm sure any contract within 2 months cab be waived. Just if you do via online purchase, penalty will be reflected in your next bill. Resulting you need to pay it to use your sim, coz your line will be barred of exceed limit. Later on you can issue refund of the penalty.

there's two things that may be of interest; your cellular settings or your sim card.

1. have you checked if your phone is set to LTE? Settings -> Cellular -> Voice & Data -> LTE
2. have you tried using your sim card on another iPhone and see whether there's 4G/LTE? or use another sim card and see if there's 4G/LTE on your phone?

I went to a digi centre and apparently my sim card isn't an lte sim card.

I was pissed. Coz i had lte before and when I changed to an iPhone they gave me a non lte nano sim.

Gonna write in to complain. Wasted my money paying for lte when I didn't get lte all these months.

hahah why lah they give you a non LTE nano sim. it costs RM20 right to change the sim? for me i changed from a micro sim (cut from a regular sim) to a LTE nano sim as i'm not under any of their contract. but if you buy your phone under their plan quite strange that they didn't give you an LTE enabled nano sim.

Either way, your warranty is already void. And Digi most likely won't entertain your case, and ask you to go to Apple Reseller for warranty. The best is, go check with nearest Digi Centre about this.

Hi! I got serious question here

If I buy an iPhone 6S PLUS with another DiGi owner, I still can go DiGi to claim warranty if the phone got some issue (touchwood)?

Please advise.

Thanks

Can I just solicit advice here whether anyone here who signed up a plan with DiGi, purchased an iPhone 6s Plus but got a DOA unit? And were you able to claim under the 14 days Apple Return/Replacement policy and not under RMA as the unit was only a couple of days old? TQ.

Hi there. My 6s+ just instlled with screen protector which i bought from digi center. Unfortunately, once installed there are area where the film not stick properly. I believe it is because the sides glass curvature are not even or flat rather than bevelled.

I forgotten the brand but its like "monofilm" corning glass 0.04mm thickness 9H. The most expensive one about RM131 per pcs. Due to that i feel quite disappointed and don't know what to do besides sharing with you guys to get some support. 😢

I can give plain example, as I don't remember the price.
That calculation is based on Easy Payment Plan (EPP).

If your device normal RRP Rm3,000
Discount price with contract plan Rm2,400
Option EPP is up to 24 months
So device peice will be Rm2,400 + 6% gst, Rm2544
If you opt for 24 months EPP, your monthly payment will be Rm106 for device only.
There's no way for you to early settlement with your credit card, so behave paying monthly till end.

If I buy straight from Apple Store gst is inclusive. If buy via digi have to pay extra for gst?
*
Yes, if you're paying RRP price from Apple Store, then most likely the price is inclusive GST.
Else, even from Telco display device price, is not include GST unless stated. Most didn't claim inclusive GST to show the price is cheap.

Can anyone enlighten me...

Since new iphone 7 will be launched in Sept2016, based in history, when is it usually DiGi will lower the price for the older model (in this case 6s) and usually how much will be lowered (with 24mths contract)?

notworthy.gif notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Just thinking whether it makes sense to buy new iphone 6s now vs wait for another 3mths...

Provided Digi even restock the 6s units.
Right now, if you go to any branch, mostly like zero stock.
16GB maybe, but that comes with either rose or gold.

Space gray and silver 64gb is difficult to find.

Not mistaken 2 working days. Stated per the website.
But you need to be in person to receive the parcel.
They don't allow anyone else to collect it.

Hi, Ya, this the one i saw, in example iphone 6s 16gb monthly installment 24 month RM 115 is this just for the phone ?
if Digi postpaid 68 plan means everymonth i pay is 115+68= RM 183 ?

So means if i take digi epp for iphone 6s i need to pay every month RM 183 is it correct ?

Yup, RM115 only for Phone itself.

I think there have two EPP, either you want to EPP phone only or one lum sum of total amount (phone + upfront payment + 24 months of RM68 Plan)

That's not entirely accurate. maxis waives the FaceTime activation SMS charge automatically.

Digi only offers RM148 per month, damn expensive but have no choice. I can't register maxis account last night since i have not receive their PAC sms during signing up a new account. I am keep click on the request PAC button then finally comes out with waiting for 30 minutes message.

In the end, I only can come back to Digi to preorder my Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus because Maxis is already out of stock. So far, Digi is still open for preorder iPhone 7 Plus Jet Black. Seems like their stock availability is more than my expectation.

I was paid RM2,863.06 with my credit card during check out and received an email order confirmation.

Actually I'm targeted for 68 data plan. However, Digi only offers 148 plans. If I choose 68 data plan I may first need to pay the upfront payment. Which mean probably I have to pay RM3,800+ instead of RM2,800+. The RM1,000 upfront payment will divided by 24 months and rebate monthly.

For this 148 plan, I just need to pay RM2,800+. However, I have to pay the RM984 advance payment for the following 24 months. I'm not sure this RM41/month whether is included in the RM148. If yes, then the actual monthly charges for 148 plan is RM107+RM41. I just treat RM41 as my iPhone part installment.

I feel that Digi is really stxpid. Why dont want come out all plan at the same time? Now most of the 128GB out of stock already.

I would say digi are very smart. Demand and supply. When supply is low why bother with low yield plans

ITs about supply and demand bro...
He sell expensive plan, the stock also can be clear of, if they push out all plan at once, all go sign cheap plan only, correct? biggrin.gif

So, Digi is smarter, choice biggrin.gif

Lets do simple maths if you dont see any savings.

Sign the cheapest plan, Digi postpaid 48. 3GB data, 100 mins, 100 SMS. The phone price after GST is RM3906.10 for 7 Plus 128 GB...

Retail price for iPHone 7 plus 128 GB is RM4299.

Comparing RM4299 - RM3906.10, you do the maths.

Okay, if you not satisfy the plan, just terminate it, pay RM200 penalty, RM3906.10 + RM200 = RM4106.10.

Still, cheaper than retail price RM4299. biggrin.gif

should be no need
as for penalty don't think you can straight away pay it in order to terminate the contract
as Digi also understand customer tend to use this way to buy and sell the iPhone 7 to earn profit whistling.gif

with 48 plan, 200-300 leh even after deduct 200 penalty biggrin.gif

if my math are correct, let say 7 128gb, RRP3699, digi 48 will be 3185 = save 514, pay penalty 200, and 48 plan? = 248
514 - 248 = 266 cheaper biggrin.gif

but i notice 98 plan need upfront payment for plan not device

digi clever, both 48 98 plan penalty 200, to prevent you did something like above, 98 plan have upfront plan payment 672, because device is 2513, add up will be 3185, so both 48 98 plan => 200 penalty is same in the end if you terminate after few seconds you buy biggrin.gif

you can still use the plan. why you still need to terminate?

err where come the 248??
btw, you haven't add in 6% gst. the device price should be like this i guess

3185 + 6% gst = 3376.10 + 200 penalty = 3576.10 - rrp 3699 = 122.90

i'm not sure whether this amount consider save alot for you or not that you willing to take the hassle to purposely sign up a plan and terminate it straight away.. hmm.gif

terminate = because some claim it is cheaper than buy outright, for those who pay on the spot and terminate lol....

yes, you are right on the 6% gst, so in the end of the day, it is not really cheap biggrin.gif another side note is, telco RRP is slightly cheaper, not sure anyone notice this

for example, 7 128GB @RM3699, telco rrp is not 3699 but RM3490, but usually we assume rrp from Apple Malaysia biggrin.gif

from The Star
iPhone 7
RM3,018 for the 32GB
RM3,490 for 128GB
RM3,962 for 256GB.

iPhone 7 Plus
RM3,584 for 32GB
RM4,056 for 128GB
RM4,528 for 265GB.

I had do some comparison is it worth to get Postpaid 48 or Postpaid 98.

So here my opinion and calculation.

Assuming all calculation is based on iPhone 7 Plus, 128 GB (exclude GST), and assuming you will stick to the plan for 12 months so next year you can change iPhone 8.

Postpaid 48 - 3GB Data

a) Monthly Commitment: RM48 * 12 = RM576
b) Device Price = RM 3733

Total Cost of ownership (plan + device) for 1 year is RM4309

With 6% GST = RM 4567

Postpaid 98 - 10GB Data

a) Advance Payment: RM 672 divide into 2 = RM 336(because it will rebate in 24 months, but the calculation need to based on 12 months, the left over RM336 will be burned)

b) Monthly Commitment = RM 98 - RM28 (rebate monthly from advance payment *12 months) = RM70

c) Device Price = RM 3013

d) Penalty Fees : RM 200 (assume you want to cancel it and sign a new contract on next year)

Total Cost of ownership (plan + device + penalty) for 1 year is RM 4389

With 6% GST = RM 4652

From the calculation, the package is only different around RM85 (with GST included) for 12 months and you can enjoy extra 7GB for 12 months.

Apple Retail Price is RM4,299 (inclusive of GST) but without any telcos plan, so you do the maths and calculation, is that having a contract is always on the disadvantage side?

For me, I will always go for contract (just my 2 cent) icon_rolleyes.gif

Im currently on digi 78V plan. Signed for the 98 plan and didnt get a waiver. Ill be paying the same commitment for the next 24mo's. My current plan pays arnd 80plus with gst. The 98 plan after deduct upfront payment monthly, would amount similarly. And i got an iphone 7 32gb for less than 2.1k.

Cant understand. Do you mean that you paid penalty for signing 98 plan and paid upfront payment for your iPhone with 98 plan?

i plan to buy SE, may I ask question from you guys?

1) is the price from Apple store 1949 incl. GST?

2)I do not understand how Rm70 per month EPP works for DIGI.
What would be the total cost of ownership if for normal postpaid RM48 + SE(phone) vs RM70 per month EPP?
Postpaid 48
( RM48 * 12 + RM1665 ) * 106% = Rm2375.46

RM70 per month 0% interest with EPP
RM70 * 12 + 1665 ?

UPDATE: I think i got it after i read back older post same question by others
but is the RM70 including GST?
RM70 * 24 + (RM48 * 12)*106% = RM2290.56
or
(RM70 * 24)*106% + (RM48 * 12)*106% = RM2391.36

this is how telco make money hehe.. some thought only 1 plan available and scare miss the boat to get the phone on launching date. so no matter how expensive the plan is, they will still grab..

it's obvious after sign up can't downgrade plus if terminate the plan for 148, it is not flat rate rm200 whistling.gif

but the way they do that too obvious la.. at least when they release it during launching date then people won't bash at them. i did ask the cs when will they release their other plan they mentioned on launching date. even on fb they also mentioned that to others. out of a sudden, on the next day they release those plan secretly without proper marketing (not even mentioned on their fb, etc).. they expect customer always go check their page? hmm.gif another failed marketing laugh.gif

For me, I will always go for contract (just my 2 cent) icon_rolleyes.gif

thanks god Digi finally release a cheaper plan for us cheers.gif

If you look at UMobile, Digi definitely worth more... for example, UMobile RM40 package only 1GB, but Digi RM48 got 3GB.. just extra RM8 can get extra 2 GB biggrin.gif

Actually Digi is cheaper than Maxis.

Maxis gives about RM1000 subsidy for phone, but you can only sign up minimum of Maxis One 128 plan.

DiGi gives you RM1000 subsidy , but you can sign up for RM98 plan.

But digi does not have unlimited SMS. Maxis has unlimited SMS.

all got pros and cons.

The thing about telco is choosing one with the right service level that suits your need, especially coverage where you stay, work and play. No point having a cheap plan but no service all the time. I had DiGi on 2 years contract for iPhone 4 and it drove me nuts as the coverage was very bad in my housing area. I heard that it has improved greatly but I've not tried recently. Point is don't just sign a plan with telco because of the overall cost of ownership of a phone. Sign a plan because the telco works for you.

Not just a DiGi problem. If you call any telco hotline to inquire on when new stocks will arrive, none of them will have an accurate answer.

those who bought online for the preorder will be able to get it during the midnight launching at their hq or by normal delivery or by midnight delivery as stated on their website. digi no provide self collection in their stores. as for the stock availability in the store, i believe they will have limited quantity. from what i experience every year for the new iphone launch, the store will allocated some stocks for walk in customer for the first few days. if you want to secure the phone, i suggest you to queue early before the store open. else you might need to wait after the hit goes down for the telco to replenish back the stocks

In the order email Digi states they will update consignment/tracking number when package is sent out. But from my two previous purchases, they did not update the tracking number in OCS/MyDigi. But don't worry, GDEX will call you on delivery day.

Went to the Digi Store near my area, they said they are not sure if they will be selling the iPhone 7 this friday, maybe next week.

Btw, the Digi 48 w/o contract gives 5GB data instead of 3GB (promotion period), but not applicable for the iPhone 7 plan

Quite expected everyone will flood over to digi's rm48 plan since other operators' plan are more expensive.

Well since 48 is no longer here, I gave up with Digi..Now went to gemfive for a rm215 discount on any phones.

this digi also another one. failed planning. worst marketing. at first introduce expensive plan and kind of like not giving other choices for people to choose so some thought only one plan release and sign up for it. the next day release 2 cheaper plan. after few days, when most people opt for the cheaper plan (i guess) then they decided to halted it. all within a week omg!! speechless doh.gif

Not recommended to buy from gemfive to save RM215 since the phone is not sure is imported set or Malaysia set. Just keep avoid the imported set, firstly is warranty issue. Secondly is 1st batch iPhone QC issue. QC is stand for Quality Control. Most of the countries such like Singapore, Japan, HK, US, UK are the 1st batch iPhone countries. Yes of course you can buy those imported iPhones from local black market dealers but these imported iPhone are mostly the 1st batch comes from Singapore, HK or US.

Please stay away from the imported iPhone and focus on Malaysia set only. You have to wait until 14 Oct 2016 to purchase iPhone 7 directly from http://www.apple.com/my/iphone/
This is what my best recommendation.

i bet the dispatch person will tell you don't worry and will not have any issue. if have just bring it back to the store to get a replacement tongue.gif imagine if every customer take more than 5 minutes to check on the phone, he will not be able to complete the delivery on time laugh.gif

Decided to purchase at Apple Online Store and change plan to new Postpaid 80 which come with 20GB.

Is really not worth to purchase iPhone7 with plan.

epp is short for easy payment plan. is a zero percent installment plan that you can opt for 6 months or 12 months. you need to have a credit card in order to apply for the epp. the credit card company will pay the full amount on behalf of you to the merchant (price for the phone plus plan). you only need to pay the monthly payment to your credit card for 24 months

I asked this before and this is what their replied:
For your info, normally we will be able to waive off the penalty charges if the account contract period has only 1~2 months left to sign up a new device bundle contract. However, you'll have to walk in to our Digi Store for further assistance due to the penalty waiver is only applicable at our Digi Stores. Thanks.

Hey guys,

I need some help, when i get an iphone 7 from DIGI, does it comes with warranty card or and how do i see it is a Malaysia set

Any one can help?

Thanks

No matter what set it is, rest assured the set will be eligible for warranty claims locally. Warranty will be registered and starts ticking when it connects to Apple server. Everything is online.

I think no problem if you use the old SIM card. Just that in the MyDigi website there is a button (which stated to click after you receive new SIM and the old card will then be disabled)... so I put the new SIM in new iPhone 7 and clicked to activate.

Now the old SIM is in iPhone 6 and new SIM in iPhone 7.... waiting for the old one to be disabled and new one to be active biggrin.gif

So you just throw away the new SIM from Digi? biggrin.gif

Need to login to MyDiGi, then go to Store & Orders but their portal is very slow in loading. Need to wait at least 3~5 minutes until the order page comes out.

Hi, Malaysia set is MY, you can check in your iPhone details in settings. Or you can check behind the iPhone box. Description in Malays language, mine is MN4V2MY/A.

No need warranty card because Digi was recorded your phone IMEI in their system. Just bring back to Digi to request RMA. I was experienced this before with my iPhone 6 Plus.

For those who has same problem. Unable to restore from iCloud. Follow these steps

1. Set up as new phone.
2. Go to settings>General>Software update. (The first batch comes with ios 10.0.1 and you have to update it to 10.0.2)
3. Go and reset all your contents and settings.
4. This time restore from iCloud.
5. Enjoy

Anyone using the new SIM card sent together with the iPhone 7? Activation okay? Mine still waiting for it to be active (since 1pm).

Two years ago, Digi took almost a week to activate the SIM for my new iPhone 6. I think my number is cursed. bruce.gif

Yes I know, of course Digi will send back to Apple HQ to replace new one. I sent my iPhone 6 Plus to Digi to claim warranty last time. If you buy from Digi, then Digi got responsibility to handle this. My past story, http://community.digi.com.my/t5/iOS/Warran...hlight/true#M13

Yes, I think Digi has changed the procedure sometime last year (not sure the exact time). Service/repair is now handled by Apple Authorised Service Providers.

You can find the service centers here (you can even enter the telco Digi, Maxis etc etc) :

You're not the only one, I activated mine at 3pm but till now no service, called Digi but operator told me it's still in progress.
Was told it has something to do with switching from an old phone to new. Told her I'm a new Digi customer, they couldn't
give me a better answer but to wait till morning.

After clicking ACTIVATE in MyDigi at 1pm yesterday, I waited until 5pm, then call CS, and the new card became active at around 6pm.

It seems MyDigi site is not really well managed, first there was no Consignment number updated, and then the ACTIVATE NEW SIM feature does not work. bruce.gif

Haha, I thought Matte Black is limited. Well jet black is indeed shiny and glossy at back, with transparent case making it look premium.

Well, I'm gonna wait a bit further, seeing if there's any problem with ip7. I try to avoid first batch.

for the device only (EPP) rate shown on the right column, does it exclude the plan rate?
so let's say we take the first row, the total that we have to pay (monthly) for iphone 7 32gb is RM121.90 + RM48?

for the device only (EPP) rate shown on the right column, does it exclude the plan rate?
so let's say we take the first row, the total that we have to pay (monthly) for iphone 7 32gb is RM121.90 + RM48?

yup, RM 121.90 is included gst (for 1 year) only for phone price
plan need to add another RM 48 (after GST around RM 50)
