i bought the last unit for iphone 6s plus 64gb rose gold at SS2. stock finished at 10am. so sad.. i need to pay penalty for previous Idigi 50 plan. they said, no more idigi 50, thus we need to pay the penalty fees for the previous iphone 6+ device. RM200 gone

another 12 days

Most courier companies only work half day on Saturday. You should check with Digi cs if they have dispatched your phone. If they say they have dispatched the unit, the should be able to provide you with a tracking number.
Wow... that is pretty unreasonable. Why make you penalty when you are signing another contract with them? Not that you are porting out or cancelling the contract. shakehead.gif

ive complained at email. guess what the response? they cant see the bill because its unbilled yet eventhough ive given the reciept for that penalty. so they are asking me to remind them back if the bill available. WTH...

Digi is always like that and will just ignore the charges if you choose to keep quiet about. Follow up on your case with them and you could get your money refunded. By the way, why not wait for the 12 days to be over then only renew your contract?

Dear Mohammad Fadzly,

Mobile/Account number: 0129XXXXX

Thank you for your email dated 19/10/2015 in regard to the penalty fee issue.

As checked, your previous plan was iPhone 6 PLUS 64GB with iDiGi50 (12 month contract until 07/11/2015). Then, you have subscribed iPhone 6S PLUS 64GB with Digi Smart Plan 50 on 17/10/2015. As per our terms and conditions, any early termination or breach of contract will lead you to the penalty fee. Therefore, the penalty fee of RM200.00 is genuine for the charging perspective. You may refer below link for your reference:

http://new.digi.com.my/cs/Satellite/Page/t...rly_termination

'The Customer who selects a bundled package with a modem/smartphone may opt to pay a monthly installment fee for a fixed duration for the modem/smartphone. In the event that, within the installment period, (i) the Customer prematurely terminates the subscription to the service; or (ii)the Customer's subscription is terminated by Digi due to the Customer's payment defaults or contractual breach, the Customer shall pay a termination fee amount equal to the sum of the modem/smartphone installment monthly fees for the unexpired modem/smartphone installment tenure which shall become immediately due and payable'.

Should you have any other enquiries, please email us at custsvc@digi.com.my or call to our Helpline at 0162211800.

I asked this before and this is what their replied:
For your info, normally we will be able to waive off the penalty charges if the account contract period has only 1~2 months left to sign up a new device bundle contract. However, you'll have to walk in to our Digi Store for further assistance due to the penalty waiver is only applicable at our Digi Stores. Thanks.

push them. like i did previously. at email. until multiple email, i managed to get waive
