For standard delivery, when will we get the iPhone? Friday? Saturday? Or Monday?
*
From my past experience (iPhone 5 & 6), should receive by this Friday or Saturday.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyone who already ordered tried login and checking the order status in MyDigi website? Whenever I click "Store & Orders", it shows INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. rclxub.gif

icon_rolleyes.gif Thanks hsyong for ur info. Hope they will deliver on Saturday (coz weekday working- no 1 at home).  biggrin.gif

In the order email Digi states they will update consignment/tracking number when package is sent out. But from my two previous purchases, they did not update the tracking number in OCS/MyDigi. But don't worry, GDEX will call you on delivery day.

Is it we need open and check the iPhone first? let the courier guy wait? or? Sorry ya, first time.  tongue.gif

I remember when I got the iPhone 6, it was the GDex guy who asked me to open the box and check. He even told me it's Digi's requirement. So I just opened the box, have a look and power up the phone. Less than a minute. biggrin.gif

Apparently no delivery anymore.

Launch event walk-in purchase with FREE GrabCar (Klang Valley only)

They probably have started or finished preparing the packing for courier. So no more "delivery" option for pre-order. biggrin.gif

Anyone received email of their consignment note?
I did not register for an account so I can't check through it.

Nope. No consignment number. Last two times preorder (iPhone 5 and 6) also no consignment number. I won't worry much about it.

i never go to click active new simcard, but my old simcard still able to use , and they already activated the new plan for me few days ago. Do i really need to change to new simcard?
*
I think no problem if you use the old SIM card. Just that in the MyDigi website there is a button (which stated to click after you receive new SIM and the old card will then be disabled)... so I put the new SIM in new iPhone 7 and clicked to activate.

Now the old SIM is in iPhone 6 and new SIM in iPhone 7.... waiting for the old one to be disabled and new one to be active biggrin.gif

So you just throw away the new SIM from Digi? biggrin.gif

Anyone using the new SIM card sent together with the iPhone 7? Activation okay? Mine still waiting for it to be active (since 1pm).

Two years ago, Digi took almost a week to activate the SIM for my new iPhone 6. I think my number is cursed. bruce.gif

Odd, I asked DiGi and what they told me is I have to send to Apple reseller.  confused.gif

Yes, I think Digi has changed the procedure sometime last year (not sure the exact time). Service/repair is now handled by Apple Authorised Service Providers.

You can find the service centers here (you can even enter the telco Digi, Maxis etc etc) :

Please go directly to your nearest Digi Store to activate your Sim card, it can be done instantly rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

After clicking ACTIVATE in MyDigi at 1pm yesterday, I waited until 5pm, then call CS, and the new card became active at around 6pm.

It seems MyDigi site is not really well managed, first there was no Consignment number updated, and then the ACTIVATE NEW SIM feature does not work. bruce.gif
