i never used any of those,
cuz i never touch my lcd with fingers,
and i rarely move it around.

If it gets dirty,
I wipe it with slightly damp cloth.
If there are stains hard to remove, i will then use lcd cleaner or isopropyl solution,
which can be get at lowyat.

domo_kun, not many have tried this monitor, a Viewsonic VA1703wb, a widescreen 17" LCD which I bought for just RM520. Never thought I'd enjoy reading on a monitor.

no gaming no grapgic editing.. ...in your case. just get the Samsung 732N..should fit what you are doing. ..or the DELL 1708FP..ultrashap..now on promo for around RM650..

u may go look at samsung 932b model in the garage sales.... only 630 for a sleek 19".. a good deal with ur rm700 budget ^^

yea sin chew newspaper today there is an ad, AonePlus company, selling Acer AL1917 19" Wide at RM599 ... u can visit their booth at this coming PC Fair..

IMHO...the AL1917 is lousy..top abit of $$ and get a better panel

Sigh... first time so disappointed at pcfair. Went there to cari the 226BW and non in stock. All those big blue Samsung 226BW banners tipu orang only. Go there tengok printer, 19", 17", 20" only.

Called CZone, they said no stock, coming end of the month. Called Cycom, said no stock, dunno when coming.

Then one stall which had only 3 of them at the beginning of the fair according to the fella, and only 1 left when I got there had some wierd new 'C' panel. Apa itu? Tak berani beli the screen eventhough it was probably the only 22" in the WHOLE of the fair.

How lousy it is?
Since all 19" WS since TN panel.

Should be last 2 units of 226BW if you also count the display unit at Samsung Booth which the price is RM1399 !!

When i reach there at 8pm, no more stock already after I checked with the stalls

But the guy from Computer War said they will bring in more stocks on Saturday.

For sure i will go there again to find out.

Really desperate to get one now (after seeing that display unit, )
Can't wait any longer and I will take whatever panel, S/A/B/C/DEF...............
