I think, DELL2007WFP has a s-video and also composite video input. Try connect using either these 2 connector. BTW, what the price for DELL2007WFP?

resolution supported by 20in wide? 1680 x 1050 max or anything lower. frequency for lcd monitor usually 60Hz, some 75Hz. nothing different.

@surfsmurf
are you using correct resolution? native resolution 1280*1024. else, it will be blurry or distorted.

in term of panel quality, go for 20in version. 22in is budget version, hence the colour, sharpness, etc of E228WFP poor compare to 2007WFP. moreover, u intend to use it for multimedia design.

I found that the contrast for Samsung Wide Sceen LCT monitor is normally lower than the not wide screen one. Is that meaning the quality of wide screen is lower those normal screen??

Added on April 12, 2007, 2:49 pmcan anyone please tell me the pro & con of ACER, DELL, LG, BENQ & SAMSUNG LCT monitor??? Which one is the best? why so many people here keep on discussing about Dell LCT monitor? It is the best among all of them?
