I shared this ago in Setia Alam thread, the fountains are really astonishing...

I like the the ONYX gem fountain very much, at night together with the lightning, it shall be shining like a pearl, drop dead gorgeous...

I like Elizabeth Falls, those water coming down from the gazebo....looks like something from a Hercules movie

Besides access via KK and WCE, there is another route to KESAS which is seldom mentioned. Jalan Kebun is a one-lane road(kampung road). Hearsay that Jalan Kebun might be upgraded.

IOI is developing Bandar Putera Klang on a piece of land off Jalan Kebun.

Well that said, even with minimal discount if one bought for investment or own stay, it is still a viable investment in the longer term.
