I used to be very particular about finishing of houses, like paint chip, senget a bit, wood chip, plastering, paint etc. All the time I will chase the dev and they will fix it for me (eventually).

And then when I start renovation, everything that was fixed by developer gets messed up again by the contractor. Haha.
So if you're going to do renovation, don't fret all this as you will have to redo again anyway. You should be more particular about structural issues, like leaking. That must fix before you start reno.

hi panjang, i talked to a SA, i think show village won't be ready by this weekend, there will be 'purchaser to view first' event if show village is ready
u can come along, tell ppl there u are panjang from lyn, if he/she is active in lyn, he/she will claimed you as their family member

Most I check is leaking of toilets only (flood it wait a day). The rest you will only find out after you stay for awhile or during reno your contractor find out.

Leaking is biggest headache i guess, i dont have much technical experience

So long as the complain are reasonable or the demands are as per what was agreed or promoted by the seller, then irregardless of the product value, the buyer has the right to complain.

Yes, they havent complete any project yet. actually is based on someone told me EW using those contractor and material is so-so level.

Yes, their perennia phases is really too bad for me compare visited gamuda and paramount VPed house.

Material I not sure bcz I dont believe the whole house to main road to facilities area or every sq metre of any township is using the best material, lol.

Workmanship we lagi not sure, maybe wait for completion or wait Eco Majestic bcz it VP 1st in whole KV.

But contractors, EW are engaging really a lot of contractors due to number of houses they are building now as well as the numbers that going to build very soon.

Yes, wish to see their complete project also.
But overall still love ES project so much, because they really can build lifestyle environment which you want to stay.
