Yes, these water features are inside our own premises for resident to enjoy.

btw rm500 for such water feature + private club house is indeed cheap thumbup.gif

Having it at backlane....if no proper maintenance, it will end up as mosquito breeding ground. You already have a 85 acre central park...you can enjoy the view there if u like. Though having a water fountain is good but overdoing it is not recommended...maintenance is the key! A water fountain without proper maintenance and with dirty water is better not to have it at all.

As I know WCE is under proposal stage only.
You can see there is a road under construction beside RB (9' clock when you are at RB roundabout). It will not link direct to SKVE but will have to go through saujana putra, enter the toll then join to SKVE.

WCE is not ongoing already ? there is a road under construction, beside BR guard house, what road was that ?

Do you have any idea when will the link be completed ?

boss i think the common rouadabout before entering Monterez won't be change already kua, as it is widely printed in ES brochure already.

notice that backlane garden design is quite matching with the main featured roundabout.

The road under construction beside BR is the one that I meant. It heads to the inner road (parallel with SKVE) but not connected directly to SKVE.

The red line is current construction that you see.
The white line is existing SKVE h/way.

Actually ES is already very nice by its own.
Just that I think need a bit more to wow buyers as TA and BR is also not far behind.
EW need to up its game as unlike its other projects, this ES is going against not 1 but 2 reputable developers.
Pricing is also not on it's side, so EW needs to be able to justify their asking price.
It has a few advantages as discussed here but I believe it still need to improve itself and not be over confident and underestimate the other 2 developer.

It will be interesting to see what they offer in the coming future launches.
