Nice food, nice environment, cheap price..... + big portion.
I see many people complaint seremban only introduced kfc and mcd everywhere.... why no other differentiation outlet..
Seems can't fulfilled everyone needs....

Hehe..... anywhere...i think coming years will be challenge for commercial... high living expenses... GST... too many commercial development, shopping mall....
No easy for business owner and consumer...

i happen to accompany relatives/friends while hunt for a land to build a business and eats and drinks there few times. I have a relative doing restaurant bus in seremban ( got gun down infront of his house that one) and I no crystal ball. less see in 2 years time. 13 oct 2017

I already said any business can open and close shop, even Petronas and your gas station. But i wound't be as daring as you to say it will definitely happen in 2 years.

So i am no prophet. Is a sin to play prophet!

Look at your language, you use "will close shop", you didn't say "might close shop", it shows that you have a certain level of certainty. that's why i ask if you are the partner or the owner. I think only they will know if they want to close shop or not.

Actually this kind of restaurant wouldn't crowded as fast food, kopitiam or midvalley....
It just targeted for specific group of people...
If Matrix boss smart enough...will give the reasonable rental offer to have a win win situation...

I just have lunch at Empire Perdana, Damansara Perdana. Similar condition. Not crowded.. But already survive for many years... similar to many f&b outlet in club house at klang valley.

Quite a nice place for gathering and weekend relax areas....

a lot of restaurants in klang valley just wash dark money......it supported by big gun backdoor.....

restaurants making money or not is not their priority.

That is true as well. I noticed some restaurant having renovation after renovation, no need to do business. Then after 4th or 5th renovation then close shop. hmm.gif

I noticed some of the expat fr BSS tech valley like to spend time in the club house. Hopefully another 5 years times..partial of the commercial areas in BSS able to transform to middle class commercial hub in seremban after the full developed of tech vallley and continue bring in more reputable companies.
It will provide another choice of living style to the seremban residents.

Matrix success to build the Matrix Global School and D'tempat club house as the differentiation development in BSS compared others.... Hopefully can bring in more to transform this areas slowly...

Of course.... with the long term target to transform BSS to Damansara as claimed by Matrix. It will be not easy... at least must create enough local job opportunity (middle range salary) .....

Sad day, I cannt even rent out my friend ground floor shop lot at Chung Hua High School infront and name called business templer park.

I am facing the reality. S2 shop lot full of numbers sticker.

Don't they can survive how long.

I think the developer should offer more afforable houses range from RM300k to 500k OR attractive package so that to increase population over there. bring in Serembanian younger generation who is working in KL travel daily for work but stay in S2.

Same goes to BSS.
