Well.... anything can happen to any business. If oil price dropped to USD20 per barrel and last for a few years, then even Petronas has to close shop.

Weekend full of people. Can't get a table at times.

By the way, members get 10% discount on all F&B.

Nothing is very cheap there. 2 people sharing one plate means dish portion is big?

Night time many people there at their pubs drinking, high margin business.

I am not saying the business will do extremely well there, you know this kind of business is like cafe in a condo, no exposure, just provide a basic service to the residence only.

If Movida can maintain their quality and like you say the food is cheap, i think they will do ok. The worst business there is the japanese and malay restaurant, they will probably go first if business doesn't pick up.

that bcs they have special promotion for draught tower ma. How long they can keep special promotion. even that people drink so less only nia

not so good. most people only pump RM20- RM10. Q longer. More cost - Bangla workers

only 30% pump full tank now.

You seems to be another person that likes to simply throw out statement without basis and i have to work hard to proof you wrong.... how unfair!!!

Are you the partner, a frequent visitor, or a waiter there?
How do yo know people drink less there?
How do you know their their business is not sustainable?
How do you know they will close shop in 2 years (Oct 14, 2017)?

My logic is if crude oil price continues to be low, MYR will be weaken, inflation and high cost of living, Bangla and other foreign workers leave Malaysia and go to other countries to earn USD, then you have to employ locals, cost is even higher.
Longer term, public transport will be enhanced (unfortunately not within 2 years lah), less people drive to city. At that time can your business sustain these consequences?
