QUOTE(setandan @ Oct 17 2015, 11:21 AM) They need you to sign the new registration document.. that's all.. but first you need to report to skmm to open case.. I think you can't simply go there without report from skmm and reply from TM.. Sure, I will definitely make a report and let TM to contact me for appointment. So, you have to fill in for new registration again, does this affect your contract? Will it be refreshed again? Last question, did you see the discount in your OCC UniFi already?

Enquiring for the Unifiz Biz Advance 30 plan.
At the Add-on section there's a Simple Voice Plus Plan that gives you RM 70 worth of free call with RM 30 monthly fee only.
When I click on the link it links to another Voice Plan which is the Simple Voice 78 plan instead where you pay RM 78 to get RM 88 worth of calls.
Where can I get more info on the former plan?

frustrated. so I lodged a complaint to skmm as well, received a call from Tele-sales, but got it missed, when I called again, said that I'm not eligible since they only serve for SMEs, ask me to refer back to 100. Felt like a ball kicking here & there, & yet force us to only apply from TMPoint, plus they don't open on weekends. How can I upgrade then? sigh.

TM said i will get pro rate bill in the next billing cycle.. i don't ask them about the contract.. I already stuck with the scam rm 199 package for 24 months.. the rm 20 discount is good enough..

Getting Started

|
QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 17 2015, 10:43 AM) Now the cheapest plan is RM 179 with HyppTV already. That's why the rest of us who are early adopters feel cheated and will do a report. Must teach TM a good lesson for not messing with us, if possible let MCMC give them a summon. Apps Store slow on UniFi, common problem and it's there for months. Sometimes it's OK, sometimes it's not. Use VPN if you want to download from Apps Store. QUOTE(AVFAN @ Oct 17 2015, 10:44 AM) yr bill is same as mine! there will be no other charge. apple... yes, slower than before. but they'll complete. Thanks guys

Out of patience already, just went to MCMC website and file them a complaint.
Huraian Masalah Problem Description I have subscribed to Unifi 30Mbps just about less than a month ago (23/9/15). On 15/10/15, they release an exactly same package(RM179) for RM20 lesser than the package I have signed (RM199). I have complained to them on their OCC website and their response is just a simple template to push away us as the loyal customer who be their early bird tester, but instead we are the one that paying more to them for the same package as the new subscriber which is given the priority as 'early bird' package who applied the same package starting 15/10/15 onward. ( Billing ID - xxxxxxx )
Tuntutan Remedy I would like to reclaim the RM20 per month discount from TM side for my Unifi 30Mbps package, and would like them to apologize to all the customers who are loyal and subscribed for their testing phase of a product and yet we are the one that are getting butchered for more expensive price.

Only if you complain to SKMM and TM contact you for appointment in TM Point. Then only you will see RM 20 discount. Now you will see nothing.

Faster basic Internet services and higher top speeds will become available after infrastructure is laid down to spread Internet access to more people throughout the country, said Communications and Multimedia Minister Salleh Said Keruak today. He said the government wanted more people in the rural areas and not just in urban areas to benefit from access to the Internet, and the ministry has been asked to give emphasis to infrastructure to expand Internet penetration and coverage. “We do not want the Internet to be enjoyed only by people in the urban areas such as Kuala Lumpur and Penang but also by the communities in the interior and the islands of Sabah and Sarawak as well,” he said. Once the infrastructure could cope, the entry-level packages may be provided at a higher speed without charging much more, he said. He said 71 per cent of Malaysians subscribed to Telekom Malaysia’s 386kps entry-level broadband package, and 87 per cent of Unifi high-speed broadband subscribers opt for 5Mps package, with hardly any takers for the 30Mbps and 50Mbps packages.[SIZE=7]
