Report to SKMM, many have done that and successful to get TM's attention and got back the RM 20 discount.
I will do mine tonight when I go back home, still outstation now.

I thought of giving chances to TM and send them an email first, if they refuse I will escalate to TM. I see there are two versions of reply, one allows and the other one just apologises and closes the case. I don't want to waste my time, straight report to MCMC then.

i upgraded 4 months ago and assumed rm199.

i never asked anything but all 4 bills so far showed charges were indeed rm179 (plus a litle extra for excess calls).

I was wondering how much revenue can this broadband generate for TM. Saw their quoted 700,000 broadband subscribers recently. Assuming an average of RM200/month, that works out to be RM1.7 BILLION per year! No wonder they are so into their broadband promotion. Wah, a cash cow! And other telco also want a share of this BIG pie!

I register my interest at TMpoint for 30Mbps unifi at 3-Oct and they manage to install yesterday. When i check my unifi bill only, it shows RM179 (didnt show any other charges). I thought RM179 is only the broadband price exclude the must-subscribe package (ruby, aneka, etc)?

Also, my apple store app download is freaking slow with unifi i read somewhere its common for unifi?

Now the cheapest plan is RM 179 with HyppTV already. That's why the rest of us who are early adopters feel cheated and will do a report. Must teach TM a good lesson for not messing with us, if possible let MCMC give them a summon.

Apps Store slow on UniFi, common problem and it's there for months. Sometimes it's OK, sometimes it's not. Use VPN if you want to download from Apps Store.

Don't think will stand any chance. If you read the T&C thoroughly before applying, there's quite clear there's a clause that enable them to modify / alter the price and package whenever they likes.

I already reported to skmm.. and my case was forward to TM.. got a call from TM and explain my situation.. They arrange an appointment today at TM Point.. went there and i got my discount rm 20.. sorry for my bad english..

what the hell! I just upgraded from RM289 (10mpbs) to RM299 (30mpbs) Biz plan last month! now they offering RM259 for 30mbps (RM40 different!!) Damn Cheated by the TM promoter that called me to upgrade!!! Complain to who is more efficient??

Many have tried yesterday and got the discount already la. You haven't tried already assumed such a way, TM will love customers like you. Of course, everyone has their own choice.
