My total units for my Manulife is a lot, but the market value is not much comparable to the units held..

Guys, I have some questions regarding ASB loan. Recently I attend a talk from Maybank officer regarding Maybank loan and he stated that Maybank ASB loan is based on reducing rate while the CIMB ASB loan is based on flat rate. Can any of you guys clarify about this? If it is true, then it is better that we take the Maybank loan right?
