Well if you don't want to feel like a begger, do like what mr guy does. Leave the book at the counter. When bank close, come and collect the book and sign the necessary documents. thumbup.gif

yahiko Not necessarily as everyday there will be transaction. Just whether your timing is right or not. Also compare to last time, easy for one to topup. Just pick how much you want. Now don't be greedy, topup small amount at a time. Say rm1k.

Strategy: Park on the FP funds that easy to get first, such as AS1M.

If you want to diversify it (Even I don't see the logic of doing it), you can transfer from AS1M to other fixed price fund on the first day of the month, so that you will not loose any dividend. Note: Only can do it on the first day of the month.

i did it before, but i stopped for many years as i dont see the logic of moving around FX price, after all they pay the same rate.

I called ASNB last month and they said I have to buy ASx with cash. So to transfer I need to take the risk to sell first and then buy the other ASx.

You are right the front counter is the key factor. My counter is helpful because I know some of them.

Last Friday, my ASW purchase was completed by 10 successful transactions. One day before, I got nothing for ASW and ASM. This morning I got 4 successful ASW transactions. In between, few ASW and ASM transactions returned zero. But, the units were keep on releasing pretty fast too, but in small quantity.

I realize the game rule here is - we need a helpful counter, and also be there at right timing.
