This is something my SA highlighted to me during inspection when i collected my car. He says it's normal and there's absolutely nothing to worry about.

I am guessing there is some panel thing at the engine which is rusted. From what I was told, its cast iron.

Mine some days got sound some days no sound. Some days the sound is from different place

i got read somewhere in the picm fb says that it uses cast iron n usually cast iron will look rusty over time
but it doesn't mean that the quality degraded..it still strong despite the look
iinm other cars also using cast iron n still rusty over time, but proton made a mistake by making it visible to owner compared to other car brands which covered it

Another question guys.

I have two keyfobs. and they are both different type lol.

One is Type A the other is Type B as shown in User Manual..
Type A without remote tailgate release just unlocking only, Type B with the remote tailgate release/unlocking button.

1.3 Exec has remote tailgate release function so shouldn't both keyfobs given be Type B? Instead of 1 Type A and 1 Type B

Maybe you can try holding down the unlock button for Type A to see if the tailgate function is there?

haha tinting vouchers is nothing from sales centre. you're basically paying full amount for tint even with a voucher. Business strategy.

Btw, Yes 4g, I received the SMS even before i picked my car up because my SA registered early and i got it immediately after that. I think your SA inserted wrong phone number or wrong info during activation. Check with him again.

first time im hearing of such case, 1 car model but given two diff car keys? i think you better check with SC.
