Everything is quite clearly stated in ezbuy and you can consolidate items according to type as they will ship the items from taobao to their warehouse in China first before posting out to malaysia. I get my items usually around 1-2 week business days and i like that you can track and there is ETA (which is true or earlier most of the time). Never tried the prime membership yet though.

Saw that in yeslogistic has no service charge but ezbuy has 8% service charge.

Here is an example of my purchase, recently:>

Product from Taobao to warehouse: RM82.35 (include with postage payment)

From warehouse to MY: RM38.99 (service charge, postage for 1.17kg)

how is it compared to your purchase with yeslogistic?

They have parcel collect charge, it's like 2 yuan for each order
Normal shipping at 20 yuan (~rm12). Sensitive shipping at 50 yuan (rm30) for first kg and 18 yuan subsequently.
I'll say this, the exchange rate on yeslogistic makes the item cheaper compared to ezbuy

Also, have you ever had to return item back to china for warranty purpose? Do ezbuy provide that service?

Yeah, made some calculation, and yeslogistic is definitely cheaper overall. I'll give yeslogistic a try whenever i need something of taobao but the problem is i can't read chinese letters.

Never had to return something back to China but ezbuy policy says they can do it but it is not clearly written on how the procedure is as they ask you to contact support for after-sale issues.

i've paid for some items, but unfortunately, some had to be cancelled by seller due to no stock

how is the refund being handled? paid by CC

if no mistaken only can refund to local china bank accounts/alipay
