of course bro, all the shipping movement under cainiao stop moving since 22 January because they already on leave for CNY, i believe they will only be back working next week after CNY.

Any idea when Cainiao Malaysia will get back to work. Some companies in China are on break until the 7th.

Kastam is one thing, but Cainiao also needs to inform the local courier to arrange for the pickup, based on a reply on the previous page.

I also have 1 items arrived on 24th still stuck under kek. While the one under ninja that arrive on 22th already received last week friday. I try to brute force the batch number that assign under kek, i think more than 100k parcel still stuck. What piss me off, they cleared the item that arrive after 26th first instead of clearing backlog. Really top KEK

They already start working since last week. Because i already received item that assign to ninja last friday. But the one under kek, doesn't move at all.

I think they got so many back log, not sure how long it will take all the backlogs. Maybe 1 month?

Same here. Ninja van tracking. Arrived on 22Jan, no updates since then. Didn't even go through customer inspection stage.

Cainiao's rep via the Taobao site did say 'your local Customs have been more strict recently' but I think it's a polite form of saying 'your Kastam side is slow, not us'.

Actually after i brute force the tracking i found out kastam clear item arrived after 26th already, but backlog item that arrive from 22th to 25th still slowly move.
