What to do if status just stuck like this? Just wait? I think my parcel somehow abandoned at the warehouse

Whole week after Raya stuck at this status

Is there anything we can do? I'm thinking to contact Flash express straight but expecting them to say nothing can be done since there's no record in their tracking system yet

Contacted flash express today... as expected nothing can be done since not in their system yet

Then contact Taobao shipping.... answer also not convincing, I guess we can just wait....

Anyone know how long one can expect the item to stuck at warehouse? It seems like they've forgotten my item

Should I just apply for refund then order again?

29th March until now.... Raya week I can understand but its almost 2 weeks after that

Wow, looks like I'm not alone... I'm having the same problem same location, same date.. hmm

I've filed a complaint with Best Express and Taobao since last week, but there's been no update yet.

At least yours already under local courier ie: Best Express. I think you can directly deal with them since its already in their system

Some of us like mine is still stuck at warehouse... can only rely on Taobao shipping cs...

Mine also they treat it as item lost.
They already refund the money for 1 of the tracking number parcel, as they split my order to 3 parcels with 3 tracking number.. so i have to make 2 more complaint for the respective tracking no in order to get the refund
