No need. Once your items arrived at their warehouse they will weight and consolidate and you can do the all needed payment through their app. Done.
Once arrived in Malaysia mine usually delivered by ABX courier but if there's any problems just contact their email/FB Messenger and ask about your parcel tracking. Respond really quick,in my experience.

Install their app first if you haven't.

1. SST
2. local delivery
3. custom clearance
4. custom tax

also has anyone used ocool before? do the sea freight rates also include the above fees?

Anyone deal with Taobao 直邮 lost parcel b4?

My parcel is lost and I contacted the customer service. They say the refund is through Alipay or as taobao. And the process is manual by HK agent?

Previously I always use BigPay to pay for my Taobao purchases. No cross border fees etc and exchange rate is also very good. However lately there are some changes at BigPay and I wonder if its still good.

What is the best way to pay for Taobao purchase nowadays? How about MAE debit card?

Update - ah looks like got cross border fee now - have to add 1.5% on top of your payment (see screenshot)

Around 2 weeks plus standard for boxku. Not sure about Taobao own direct sea shipping so can't compare.
