Guys i bought 2 luggages online. First seller dont wanna ship so i bought from 2nd seller. Now when i read through the thread i only realize my item is too big. That means if refund they dont refund the global direct shipping fees?

I want to inform everyone on my latest status, luckilly seller havent ship item so i was able to ask for refund. As for global direct shipping refund, there is a another tab that you can click and ask for refund.

so i total, according to the system, i was refunded the items i bought and i was also refunded the RMB 275+RMB275 for shipping.

I wanna ask, my 3 sides combined is around 140cm. Will kena reject?

Yeah np. As long as item not shipped u click refund it will refund automatically ( i think it was because i was quite high level in taobao that is why auyo refund no need to wait)
