Just send an email to english@service.alibaba.com. And somebody will reply to you in english. Basically, we need to request the refund manually. If not, taobao would not refund. Don't worry, somebody will reply to your email. In English.

Haha just try la, who knows your luck. The option to request refund manually is inside the taobao control panel, but i think many people don't realise that.

During checkout, the tgds have remarks saying if the weight and volumetric doesn't exceed 60kg and 120cm³ and the shipping fee is 28¥

see the attachment, taobao says only one time payment for global direct shipping to Malaysia and Singapore.

Well, they could either reject your parcel and refund you back or top up for shipping.

My direct shipment has been having the status 送关since yesterday 6pm. i think the shipper is 中通秀澤。May i know how long does it get stuck in Kastam and where i can check the shipment status for Malaysian delivery partner?

my worse experiece was 2 weeks. taobao cited plane issue but i really doubt that as they can just put my item into another plane.

I thought送关is referring to the Kastam in Malaysia? Who do i call to find out the status? I was given the 6000xxxxxxxx tracking number but dont know where to check.

I checked Skynet web site but there's no status available. Tried abxexpress as well and also no status.

it can take a few days to stuck at customs. depends on luck. sometimes can be cleared within same day. So just wait 1-2 working days and see how.
