Ok, I actually found out by poking around (thanks, mediocre Chinese skills) and contacted the warehouse's CS and they replied kindly. Said that they'll inform the warehouse to ship it out.

Looks like a frequent occurrence for tax invoice with 4x lately
My item from dex arrived just fine this week.
What's the items that you bought btw? Any sensitive stuff?

when u buy item from oversea, it is same as import
when u import, some item will get import duty, as for gst only apply to total value over RM500

I do shopping on lazada and gem5. Taobao has more varieties of choice and price always 20-30% cheaper(include shipping) compare to local website.
Until recently, "ship from overseas" products on lazada offer similar price compare to Taobao.

bad news everyone.

Kastam Malaysia has started cracking down on all shipment from Taobao, agents have to pay more duit kopi and those who are purchasing using Global Direct Shipping will now be subject to high scrutiny and inspection.

At all costs, keep your purchase BELOW RM200 to be safe.

Not just an Airpak-4PX issue, global direct also the same, not sure of Prouter yet.


**Just because the total charges is less than RM500 with shipping, doesn't mean they won't tax you for duty. I myself am now facing RM500 tax for RM600 purchase. Government getting very poor
