Taobao Global Direct Shipping - experiences?, The good and the bad

So far no problem with dex, I did have one item still hold by kastam because apparently there was no invoice. Called abx about this and they should be delivering it this week

Guys, how many days you wait until decided to cancel/ask for refund if seller taking too long to ship the item to warehouse?

Hi guy, My item already 2 days stuck waiting for someone at warehouse to received my item (Refer to picture) and so do i need to contact the skynet on taobao to confirm what the delay? Thanks Attached thumbnail(s)
