Now I trying to nego with Taobao to get money back guarantee for my bag worth RMB68. How did you get the refund for the shipping. |

Want to check with your guys, my item only have choice 联络卖家发货，after i check out i ask seller can use 集运or not. Then they dunno and ask they can send to the warehouse but need the address.
Then what should i do?

Normally based on my experiences, item that exceed the dimensions will not be ship by Taobao Global Direct Shipping or Global Consolidate and Shipping. The seller can ship it to the warehouse but in this situation you need to find third party forwarder services. There are many affordable and better forwarder than those provided by Taobao. Assume that you are able to read chinese, just search "马来西亚代运". There are tonnes of forwarder services available. This 3rd party forwarder can help u to ship anything without any restriction on the dimension of the goods and the shipping rate is cheaper than Taobao provided forwarder. You can choose to ship it by sea or by air too. The picture below is the restriction applied on the dimension of the goods that you can buy and ship using Taobao provided forwarder. Any status update on your order yet? I've already received the tracking no for skynet (still no updates though)
With holidays and all, I expect some delays, hopefully not too long
