The UOB app kinda sucks, it does not show the amount immediately after a transaction unlike the Citibank app

Just go and see the benefits, is all in the UOB website. All benefits still remain.
Just the miles points depreciated.. RM9000 local spend = 9000 UNIRM = 1000 Airmiles (Citi time was RM4500 = 1000 Airmiles)

I can see mine as "AUTHORIZATION" with "Pending" indicator. But no specific transaction details...

Just use ur old citibank card number and pin.no need new card to register.shall we be receiving new physical card ?

Yup I got the same messages as well, but it seems it does not reflect every transaction tho.
Like I know I did 2 transactions for today (one on dinner and another on groceries), but it only shows the dinner one.
Damn they gotta bring back the people from Citibank to fix the UOB app

Citibank app was definitely the best for credit cards, I've used HLB, RHB, HSBC, SCB...nothing comes close.
