Citibank dont want waive AF customer service call me explain alot, told me can use points lah, the clear card got etc benefit lah... etc etc

but i used the card to buy movie tix, normally a month got 3-4 free tix since watch movie on Friday almost weekly

and i only have one Citibank Clear CC , no other... have to pay RM90 AF

yalol, keep on explaining...

some more call them before AF appear on statement they said wait it appear on statement then just call in again looks like they are having bad business haha

18k points exchange RM90 (need ot pay GST some more) is not worth

i remember i use 16-17k points exchange RM100 and RM50 guardian voucher last month.

i think most people dont know they can transfer money to CC, just enter the CC number when transffering from other bank

i dont know why people still go to bank make payment when online transfer only 11 cents for different bank, look for car park and all those time spend outside is much more than 11 cents

no advance sales means cannot buy Sat/Sun ticket during weekdays?

you spend too much, rich citibank only have some rich customer that willing to pay AF lol

i have problem with my citibank clear card

old card number ending AAAA (deactivated on 31st December 2015 due to fraud transaction)
new card number ending BBBB (activated on 11th January 2016)

I have use card number ending AAAA for Maxis auto debit, usually charge me on 6th/7th of each month...

question come, new card number ending BBBB activated on 11th January, on the same day I login Citibank online account and I notice Maxis charge me on new card number ending BBBB, how Maxis know I have change my card number from AAAA to BBBB =.=

I have contacted Citibank they said they can help me to report dispute transaction if i never owe Maxis... problem is I do owe Maxis money just that my new card ending BBBB just activated, if anyone with my old card number AAAA can use for payment and appear on my BBBB card number account, is this something wrong?

the problem is card is deativate and Maxis still able to charge me (auto debit)

guys, if my credit card have RM2000 balance, can i do balance transfer to my other bank CC, because i wanted to cancel citibank credit card, but still have 2000 balance inside, not i owe bank, is bank owe me then i not wish to use the card anymore due need pay AF next month....

any method of taking out money from there without spending it?

sometime i really dont understand why i ask Citibank waive my supplementary card AF, they refuse...

a week ago i tell them want to cancel the card... but my reason is not due to the AF, because the AF is paid last year 2015 Dec...

they are kind enough they return the RM60 to lol (even though in the end i am still proceed to cancel the card)

p/s: possible now is 2016? they have strictly less waive AF in 2015? hahaha

i believe nobody receive the voucher yet because this campaign run from 25 March 2019 to 5 May 2019 both dates inclusive (apply within this period)
and application have to be successfully approved by Citibank before 31 May 2019, and activate the card spend RM1000 within 60 days

Successful Applicants will receive an email from Citibank with instructions on how to redeem the Gift, within 12 weeks

this Monday 29th April i received citibank sms inform me to create 6 number pin with my card number ending XXXX , i thought already delivered to my house, somehow it haven't reach...

oh this campaign is run by RP, mine is directly from citibank, i have get lazada voucher from other bank credict card before they always give one total amount without splitting

i received my clear card today 2nd May, approved and received sms delivering on last Wednesday 24th April, 25,26,29,30 til today, seems really 5 business days
and i already spend RM1001 to this clear card, hopefully can get lazada RM500 voucher

citibank seems very FAST, i spend RM1001 @ 6pm just now, login to online app already show the transaction, thought usually for credit card will be 1-2 days before show up

one thing how come my credit limit is RMxx,100 <== 100 behind, why not just RMxx,000
