Night time YouTube bloody slow, capped at about 400kbps. Connect to VPN (US) and back to reasonable speeds. wtf is tm doing?

Then there is all the ping spikes + packet loss to even singapore! (Playing csgo, 200ms ping + 5% packet loss)

I have the exact problem. Before 8pm still ok. After 8pm straight cannot stream liao. Lag like hell

what is the problem? every thing else are working fine except youtube.

is this 30Mb subscriber problem only or same for all Unifi users?

I'm on a 10Mbps line, so not isolated to 30Mbps.

All UniFi user.

They trying do some exercise and maintenance at centralized system. To upgrade for better system or server in future..

no prob for me after nearly 3 weeks upgrade from uni10 to uni30...very satisfied except no more free call..

on 30mbps plan from VIP 10, they reduced my upload speed but didnt increase download

Call to complain and they need to fix it outside of your house.
I had the same problem too when I upgraded from VIP 5 to VIP 10, upload speed increased but not download speed.

Luckily 30Mbps no issue...

they actually called my dad regarding this upgrade offer, Dad immediately accepted the offer because of the same price, but I am a very heavy uploader, I cannot stand 5mbps upload, cannot roll back to 10mbps? Can call them to upgrade to 50mbps instead?

Cannot downgrade but I think can call to request for upgrade.
I believe they need to get their sales marketing team to contact your dad again.

i upgrade mine through phone on last week,although upgraded but it still same 30mbps...

after restarting everything, now getting 30mbps.. I am still missing my 10 mbps upload though , later lah will find time to go to TMPoint to change package again

youtube streaming is still around 10-11mbps only though
