on 30mbps plan from VIP 10, they reduced my upload speed but didnt increase download

they actually called my dad regarding this upgrade offer, Dad immediately accepted the offer because of the same price, but I am a very heavy uploader, I cannot stand 5mbps upload, cannot roll back to 10mbps? Can call them to upgrade to 50mbps instead?

after restarting everything, now getting 30mbps.. I am still missing my 10 mbps upload though sad.gif , later lah will find time to go to TMPoint to change package again

youtube streaming is still around 10-11mbps only though

YouTube 240p also buffering on 30mbps everyday 7pm-11pm
