Cheras lang will visit Sunway Velocity, MyTown and Aeon Maluri more often than this mall |

A successful mall will have at least 95% tenant after the first year.. if by 2nd year tenant is below 80% then the mall may be going downhill and more tenant will move out when their lease expires |
