this is a good project no matter how the finishings or anyone talk bad about the designs and workmanship etc... foreign investors will be coming in by next year... alot potential for this kind of mixed development... better yet freehold at least for value holding...

Biggest scale marketing / promotion in the lelong industry at the moment. They got contacts of all previous registered bidders before under them. So is easy to just keep blasting emails, SMS and now whatapps (and even call also).
