Do you have other cards?
If yes, you might want to consider reducing their credit limits and reapply this card again.
If no, you probably want to consider other cards like,

- Aeon Big card
- CIMB Petronas

Apply with bank that have your salary bank in records usually it's easier..

My first card is with CIMB in 2010.
My wife first card is with Citibank in 2013.

1. Annual Income: 80k

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Must

3. Card required for: Previously only use debit card. Usually for my paypal transaction, cinema tickets, online purchases, flight tickets.
Wanted to buy something online just now and they don't accept debit card or paypal, and sold out before I could borrow someone card.
Use during oversea.

4. Existing credit cards if any: Got a Indonesia credit card but didn't use it anymore since back at Malaysia.

5. Looking at CC from: Not particular, having accounts on maybank, public bank and ambank.

Previously used my debit card during my japan vacation, all my transaction got doubled, my savings got deducted twice, have to wait 3 weeks for them to refund back.

Guess it's time I get a credit card.

1. Annual Income: RM 60K. Willing to accept card with lower credit limit, as long as the benefits from the card are worthy.

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Preferable. Card with annual fee can be acceptable, if the annual fee can be offset with the card benefits.

3. Card required for: Grocery, Departmental, Mobile Phone Bill Payment, Petrol, Dining and Pharmacy.

4. Existing credit cards if any: Hong Leong Wise Card, Maybank 2 Cards, Maybank Islamic MasterCard Ikhwan Card, UOB VOX Card.

5. Looking at CC from: None.

6. Others: Prefer cashback, but points is acceptable, if the points are worthy.

7. Cards to be cancelled: Hong Leong Wise Card and UOB VOX Card (to be cancelled, if there are better credit cards)

Thanks.  rclxms.gif

Thank you very much as always, fly126. notworthy.gif

My primary concerns are departmental spending (in Aeon Departmental), and payment for Maxis bill, which were performed, using WISE Card. If I am to cancel WISE card, I am unsure which card to replace WISE Card.

Correct me, if I am wrong. The 2% departmental cashback for Mach Credit Card is not given based on MCC Code 5311. Aeon Departmental is excluded from the list of eligible merchants, for Mach Credit Card. sad.gif

Hi guys, I applied PB Petron Visa card for my dad cause he pumped Petron petrol but now I noticed he like to pump both Petron and BHP XD. Is there any card that can utilize such petrol spendings?

Oh another thing to add, his spendings includes random day...so that means could be weekdays or weekends sweat.gif
