1. Annual Income: around RM 80k

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Must

3. Card required for: cash back or high rewards points

4. Existing credit cards if any: M2U Dual Gold, RHB Travel & Evo, OCBC Titanium, AEON NEW Gold

5. Looking at CC from: any

6. Others: Please be specific.: No

just get to know that Maybank dual no longer has 5% weekend cash back which usually i used it for petrol & groceries. RHB cards basically is useless for me which I applied it to get a free luggage few months ago, will cancel it after 9 months.
AEON card for any aeon expenses and cash back campaign.

Looking for a good cash back cards that offer good rebates for petrol & shopping, not prefer Wise as it need AF & 10 RM 50 swipes which I don't think I can swipe up so much in a month.

thanks.

If can achieve 30K annual spending (to waive annual fee), recommend MBB VS, it gives you daily 5% cashback on groceries and petrol up to RM88 per month, plus 5x free access to airport PPL in Malaysia.

I'm looking for an alternative card on everyday usage not just specific day,as I have ikhwan for weekend.
Thank you for the recommendation nevertheless.

*
I am well aware that you are looking for everyday card.

But the cards that gives you those benefits are all higher end cards (i.e. Signature) which you will have to meet the minimum income requirements.

if AF is not an issue, UOB One as suggested above might be your choice.

if you can secure RM3K expenses per 3 months, I would recommend AEON Watami (3% cashback on everything up ot RM150 max per quarter). AF waiver with 12 swipes a year.

means rm1k per month?
*
In average, yes. you can even spend RM3K in one month and then not use it at all for the next 2 months.

As long as you can achieve min RM3K spending per quarter, up to max of RM5k to maximize the cashback of RM150 (3%).

Dear all, please help as I am clueless with credit cards.

1. Annual Income:  RM 33k

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must (no hassle for waiver pls)

3. Card required for: Cash back/rebate, online transactions.

4. Existing credit cards if any: Nil, only debit cards.

5. Looking at CC from: ???

6. Others: this gonna be my first credit card. I have accounts wit Maybank and CIMB. I have an option to get Citibank Platinum supplementary card.

I ride a bike, so petrol will not be much of an issue. I don't buy groceries too.
I think my main spending with this CC would be for food and shopping ie clothes, electronics, online shopping etc
Please advise, thank you.
*
Not into petrol and groceries.... hmmm...

AEON Watami is an all rounder card for you, too.

Assuming cashback is for Grocery only, if you don't mind restricting your flexibility to just weekends, maybank Ikhwan Card is a choice for you since it's Free for Life.

If you are willing to race the game of RM50x10 per month, then HLB Wise card is better (subject to annual fee though)
