I believe hallway not fully tiled plus wiring and piping are exposed, water ponding plus there is no coating at all they leave it the concrete naked.
+ at facility level there is some crack at back of the meeting room there I believe if you are watching the video...

The one that taking video only show the good side of the residensi enesta kepong, he did not go through the cracks and the parking lot.... people on the developer try hard to paint the good image huh I believe....

I just realised that this rumawip finish early, before MRT2 finish construction..

It's not a good sign.. Owner need to have holding power for 1-2 years before can rent out..

The so called bad facilities by some threaders, can only be countered by walking distance to MRT Jijang.. Otherwise, It's liabilty to the owner.

u think too much la bro... 1100-1200 rental... the tenants cant be fussy also... its still not super bad location even mrt not ready yet...

If there’s a bridge connected over to jinjang mrt that will be better. Next year first half gonna finish but full ones need be in 2022.😉

That’s why kepong baru mrt is better. Got a nice bridge constructed good for rimbunan and kepong baru nearby condos.

As of today, Enesta RUMAWIP is the worst development in Kepong area in term of constructions with all the cost cutting by developer. Main-cons workmanship is NOT on par with others. Owners are advised to gather all short comings of the project upon VP to KPKT. Do take photos with descriptions. The documentation should be attention it to KPKT via tribunal perumahan at Putrajaya Level 1. A copy of the documentation must send to COB KL and ensure developer make deposit payment to COB KL to protect common area defects which was not constructed in an acceptable manner.

Hi dc1410 I agree with your point after I have a look on the video, their build quality is not up to par with other affordable housing eg. Kepongmas.
