For a condo that just VP-ed 1++ year ago, the maintenance of the facilities is really bad. What is the developer and management office doing? Unit layout for the biggest unit is also rather awkward. It is rare that a condo has more cons than pros.

much more worse than rumawip next door, the price they pay is not reflecting the quality of the end product. Their toilet mainly are not fully tiled up, not sure why.

What was the initial psf? Maybe if it's cheap enough the owner doesn't mind to tile themselves? But layout is indeed very weird with run down facilities

LOL. I do agree with that. Only pro is the close proximity to a MRT station. Other than that, can't find any positive points about this development. Quality, built and facilities is closer to that of a RumaWIP than a private condo...sigh...
