Few pages before says that only non-RUMAWIP get those facilities.
I'm eyeing this one for investment, but since people says no condo facilities, been holding back till now.

Let me rephrase again Rm300k doesn't mean we can get poor quality with poor finishing by saying our properties low density near to mrt. What we want is proper finishing that's all we don't want half a** finishing like chain link fences, degrade paint, exposed piping etc.

If I'm the developer I will furnish your Kiara Kasih with industrial theme and half a** finishing then I will reply you saying that " Your property near to Mont Kiara that all we can give you.." Well its only Rm300k you pay what you get.. My a**.

You make me all wonder.. Do you work for the developer? Why are you trying your hardest to defend the developer even after the owners lay out all the shortcomings and near non-existent finishes.

Also low density and walkable to MRT is something everybody knows even before balloting, and that's why everybody work so hard to get a unit. If that's your arguement point, then all the property near KLCC and Midvalley should expect few grades lower than their intended standard becoz 'of the good location'?
