I have the same feeling too.no offense to the buyers here but it looks abit low flat-ish..come on this is jinjang and not real Kepong Kepong side.someone just said want to rent it out 2k.for now maybe hard, 2 years later maybe ok but still if people knew such condition better rent the enesta privates ones or those near Kepong baru mrt (unio or Three33)—which look a lot better than this. Hopefully the private ones look much better. Else GG.

Ayoo.. bebas unit very expensive.. double the price..

exposed piping.. just covered it.. spend 20-30K for total renovation, and done..

That might be a good idea, if developer doing a good job on the finishing do we need to fork out 20-30k for renovation?

I agree with you laugh.gif really look like flat if you see the lobby and I kinda refuse to believe that is the lobby... exposed piping everywhere... for facing mrt and low density this is the price that we gonna pay for...

pros and cons.

pros:
workmanship seems good. nice straight line.
got basic facilities down right. looks easy enough to maintain.
heater and ac piping is a bonus so that owners need not hack.
additional plug point is huge bonus too and ac ledge comes with water tap point if i see correctly. these are tiny details but provide huge benefit to occupiers.
window is bigger than normal with the ventilation panel above the standard window.
the exposed piping although unwelcomed but is easy to be covered with minor renovation.

cons:
if my eyes did not deceive me, there were no skirting? this is a big no no for me and occupiers should install them.
not fully tiled bathrooms. would prefer they covered in full.
windows supplied is the basic anodised frame and would be a lot better if its powder coated but can understand the price difference.


overall i would rate a solid 7.5 out of 10.

Toilet looks good but the piping really looks like low cost flat.

If just looking at the unit itself, it just slightly above flat only ... no balcony some more ... sad.gif

But at least the workmanship looks good.

Enesta 'private' block will be expensive for JINJANG but in comparison with those on real KEPONG side it is consider cheap. 20-30K done?, maybe is easy for you to fork out such amount but not everyone loh.. blink.gif

haha +2 too, perhaps 300k is to buy the MRT premium.

MRT premium at least RM300K..

You go search low cost Flat Wangsa Maju.. 500sf 2 rooms.. selling for RM220-270K.. Just because 1km from LRT..

LRT/MRT is big deal..
