pros and cons.
pros: workmanship seems good. nice straight line. got basic facilities down right. looks easy enough to maintain. heater and ac piping is a bonus so that owners need not hack. additional plug point is huge bonus too and ac ledge comes with water tap point if i see correctly. these are tiny details but provide huge benefit to occupiers. window is bigger than normal with the ventilation panel above the standard window. the exposed piping although unwelcomed but is easy to be covered with minor renovation. cons: if my eyes did not deceive me, there were no skirting? this is a big no no for me and occupiers should install them. not fully tiled bathrooms. would prefer they covered in full. windows supplied is the basic anodised frame and would be a lot better if its powder coated but can understand the price difference. overall i would rate a solid 7.5 out of 10. |

Toilet looks good but the piping really looks like low cost flat.
If just looking at the unit itself, it just slightly above flat only ... no balcony some more ... But at least the workmanship looks good. |
