Don't take bumi lot.. Leasehold, bumi lot.. you will not able to sell it.. Leasehold need to get permission from DBKL is wanna sell it.. Leaaehold bumi lot even harder to sell.. Leasehold bumilot rumawip, hardest house to sell !!!

Better take Kiara Kasih, the only rumawip, freehold.. location prime area, Mont Kiara.. not kepONG..

My advice to those who bought non rumawip.. VP 2020.. Tahan la negative cash flow and competition from rumawip for rental war..

MRT2 Jinjang completed 2022.. So, quickly sell your property around 2023-2025...

rumawip only can start selling around 2027-2028

Ayoo.. so much complaint la.. Buy 300K oso want to complaint.. near MRT sumore.. apa lagi mau? less than 300 units demand first class facilities.. You wanna pay RM1K per month for maintenance isit ? Too much complaints.

Kepong Jinjang high crime la.. Everywhere got high crime in KL except for Tier 1 area which have relatively less crime rate like MK, Hartamas, Dutamas etc..

Ayoo.. everything want to complaint.. dont buy affordable house la.. Go buy serviced apartment..

even flat walkable to LRT priced more rm200K nowadays.. govt help you buy kondo with guarded, swimming pool with price tag rm300K.. don't too much complaints la..
