5000sf landed bungalow here is valued around 700k max. 430k for 900sf condo.

Both also around 100-200m away from MRT.

this area is considered very near to jalan ipoh, is not inside inside part of kepong, is just at frindge of jalan ipoh hence i think its quite strategik also, 2-3 min drive d sampai jalan ipoh roundabout @@

bro only good if you plan to take mrt to work in future.seeing the traffic at peak hours at jalan kuching,want pee when caught in traffic jam pun hard.haha.anyway I think it suits best for those who live in northern area of KL or damansara etc otherwise Dnuri seems not bad for those who work in kl or pj area.3km away from Bandar Malaysia

So when go to work everybody masuk town jam like jibei but then u opposite the road smooth like a boss

Just received Tax invoice from the David Lai & Tai firm, ask me to pay the stamp duty of RM160. Any RumahWIP buyers here, is that also paid for this?
They told me because i had a soho before, so now is not considered my first house and the stamp duty is not waived in my case.

Is the Loan Agreement stamp duty wo, not SPA. But lucky not much.

This is one fee called "Stamp Duty on Facility Agreement and copies (estimated)" which cost RM1355, but is highlighted as "Subject to stamp duty remission order P.U.(A) 366" and not included in the total fee, not sure what it is.
